Itamae Sushi

很久沒有吃日本菜
今日決定不理幅射的事
到板前吃壽司刺身
刺身是當天時令的金目鯛(キンメダイ)
矜貴的金目鯛
要視乎貨源而定
未必經常吃得到
每年的12月至3月
是金目鯛最肥美的時期
另有我愛吃的油甘魚(ハマチ)
嘗到其爽脆甜美的肉質
軍艦有三文魚子.海胆.碎葱吞拿魚...
日本菜是我至愛!
